Speciality Trees - Best Production Nursery 2010
The team at Speciality Trees were very pleased to be awarded the prize for best Medium Production Nursery 2010 at the Annual Nursery & Garden Industry of Victoria Gala Awards Dinner held on the 12th of November 2009.
Honours went to ourselves and to our Sales Manager Ben Scoble for winning Young Leader of the Year - both very notable wins for our first year of entry. Our team has worked very hard over the last few years and we are very pleased to be held in such good company. It is a reflection of our mission to grow and supply high quality trees whilst exhibiting a professional and reliable attitude to all our services including consultancy, delivery, planting and maintenance. The Awards night was a great occasion to rub shoulders with people who share our passion for the future direction of the industry.

Kanooka Gum
This tree is a real favourite this time of year. While not usually big enough to provide shade to sit under, it is another tree with that exhibits both interesting bark as well as transient foliage colour this time of year. Smooth light grey bark contrasts beautifully with the profusion of new reddish growth that shoots after the passing of winter. We have good numbers in 40cm and 50 litre containers. More info...
