This is a medium to large shade tree with ascending branches known for great autumn colour. The traditional maple shaped leaves turn lipstick red in the autumn providing fantastic contrast to its green surroundings.
Uses
A good selection for avenue and driveway plantings and for larger properties. Also makes a good feature tree.
Preferred Position & Soil
Performs best in full sun. Tolerates a broad range of soil and climatic conditions including relatively wet sites.
