A popular ornamental tree with glossy green leaves that turn shades of yellow and gold in autumn, this variety can also be hedged or clipped to provide a screening alternative.
Uses
Its tight, upright form makes it suitable for avenue planting, hedging and a good tree specimen in smaller gardens.
Preferred Position & Soil
While they are suitable for slightly shaded area, they are very hardy, preferring a well drained, moist site with full sun. Tolerant of a wide range of soils.
