Manchurian Flowering Pear
A popular pyrus selection, this tree has oval shaped green leaves that are serrated on the edges. These turn a brillant red colour during Autumn. The flowers are white and are borne in Spring. After this fruit appears which is green with brownish spots.
Uses
A great feature tree. Can also be used for street planting.
Preferred Position & Soil
Prefers a humus rich well drained soil in full sun to part shade.
