Tristaniopsis laurina

Kanooka Gum

Preferring moist, well drained sites, this variety occurs naturally along the east coast of Australia from the Brisbane River in Queensland all the way through to Gippsland in Victoria. A relatively slow grower, this deciduous Australian native has an oval form, producing clusters of yellowish-white flowers during the warmer months. Bark is smooth and light grey in colour, becoming scaly with maturity.
