A dwarf form of straight spinulosa, this is an elegant banksia that has a dense growth habit with green thin leaves. It produces an abundance of large, cylindrical golden flower-heads in autumn with varying shades of red.
Ideal for growing under established trees or in garden beds to supress weeds. Great in rock gardens. It attracts native birds and insects. Best grown in well drained soil in a sunny, open position. Prune after flowering to maintain shape. |
