Tree Eucalyptus ovata Swamp Gum
Description This Australian native tree is a fast growing upright gum. It has a moderately dense canopy with very rough bark which sheds from the upper trunk and branches. Flowers are white and clustered together from March to June. The adult leaves are glossy and oval shaped with wavy margins. Attracts native birds and insects.

Uses Best grown in groups to create a bushland affect. Great for medium to large gardens to attract birds and insects. Also can be used in streetscapes.
Position & Soil This native can tolerate poorly drained infertile soils and excessively dry periods during summer. Enjoys full sun to part shade and can tolerate frost.
