Description This hardy Australian native tree has a fast-growing and weeping habit, dull green foliage and small clusters of creamy-white flowers that appear in spring and summer.

Uses This variable height tree is mostly used as a shade tree on farms, paddocks and large properties. It is known as a good source of honey for bees and butterfly attracting. Can provide useful timber. Minor koala food source, but useful for habitat creation for native wildlife.
Position & Soil It prefers full sun in moist/wet soil and tropic to sub-tropic conditions but also grows well in areas offering a temperate to warm climate. Will tolerate wet conditions and flooding and salt air in coastal conditions.
