Description	A hybrid deciduous magnolia with an open habit. It flowers in early spring before the leaves. The large flowers are golden yellow with a flush of purple at the base. A variation on the typical deciduous magnolia, this variety flowers early spring.

Uses	Its beautiful flower will make it a favourite in the garden. It can be planted singularly or in a row both in parks and landscapes.
