White Spruce This is a conifer in the Spruce family with a conical shape similar to that of a Christmas tree. Slender stiff prickly needles and attractive pendulous cones are typical of this type of tree. It is slow growing. Makes an attractive specimen tree or with similar plants in a conifer garden. Prefers a full sun position in a humus rich soil. |
