Standard Weeping Ornamental Apricot This is a beautiful, grafted weeper with a moderate growth rate. It produces green foliage, turning yellow, red and bronze before leaf fall in autumn. It has beautiful double, light pink blossom in late winter to early spring. As a grafted weeper, it makes an outstanding feature in any garden. This is a grafted ornamental weeping Apricot. It makes an excellent flowering feature tree, suitable for all size gardens. Prefers a moist, well-drained, humus-rich soil in a full sun position. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Appreciates a dose of fertiliser when planted and when new growth appears. Prune after flowering to promote new seasons growth. |
