Family Rosaceae
Donut Peach, Flat Peach

This is a variety of freestone, fragrant peach with a pale-yellow skin, white flesh and distinctive flat shape like it has been squashed. It has a sweet flavour. It is self-pollinating and a low-chill variety.

This variety is great for eating straight from the tree.

Plant in a humus-rich, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Plant the bud union above the soil level and water in well keeping the soil moist until tree is established. Fertiliser should be applied at the time of planting and again after the appearance of new growth. Pruning the tree annually will ensure new growth and fruit the following year. Chill hours for fruit development: This is a low-chill variety, requiring less chill hours over Winter. Pollinators: This is a self-pollinating variety.
