Tree Eucalyptus lacrimans Weeping Snow Gum, Adaminaby Snow Gum
Description This species of native tree has smooth white bark, white flowers from spring to early summer and cup-shaped, conical or barrel-shaped fruit. Foliage is shiny, grey-green and pendulous on slender weeping branches. A useful selection that can withstand cold, snow and ice, it is endemic to New South Wales. Considered slow growing but long lived in the natural environment.

Uses Use as a specimen tree or in multiples for wind protection. An excellent tree for cold damp positions, as it can withstand poor soils, snow and ice. Its graceful form and branching habit make it an excellent ornamental or specimen tree.
