Red Toothbrushes
This is an attrctive native medium sized shrub with deeply lobed leaves with narrow segments. Dark red flowers that resemble toothbrushes cluster at the ends of the branches in winter and spring.
Uses
This shrub can be used for contrast planting or as an informal hedge of screen.
Preferred Position & Soil
It requires well drained soils in sunny or semi-shaded situations. It tolerates extended dry periods once established and is tolerant of at least moderate frosts.
