Description This variety is a lovely feature tree with a broad, open, spreading canopy and fine weeping foliage that droops towards the ground. New growth emerges a ruby-red colour and changes to its usual bronze-green. Foliage turns yellow in autumn before falling.

Uses Excellent unusual specimen tree, with striking visual appearance.    
Position & Soil It is a hardy variety, reasonably fast growing and will tolerate some periods of dryness once established. Prefers a full to part sun position. Can tolerate a wide range of growing conditions. Tolerates air pollution and urban conditions. Ensure any shoots that develop under the graft point are removed cleanly and promptly.
