Description This is a pretty upright tree with open branching and bronzy-green new foliage maturing to a mid-green over summer. In autumn foliage turns to a burnt orange colour. Flower blossom is large and pink-red in colour.

Position & Soil Prefers slightly acidic, well drained, humus-rich soil in full sun to partial shade. Water in well and keep moist until tree is established. Fertilize when planting and again after new growth appears. Pruning is encouraged to promote new growth.
