Description This variety of Japanese Plum is small growing suitable for residential gardens and containers. Fruit is golden in colour with an excellent flavour and texture. It is partially self-pollinating but benefits from pollination with another Japanese plum such as Gulf Ruby or any of the other 'Gulf' varieties. Small white blossom cover the tree in spring. This is a low-chill variety suitable for sub-tropical climates.

Uses As a small-growing variety, it is good for small gardens. Fruit is good for eating fresh and for stewing.    
Position & Soil Plums like an open, sunny position with well-drained soil. Add organic matter or animal manure to improve the fertility and structure of the soil It is recommended to build up the level of topsoil to ensure good drainage.
