Tree Agonis flexuosa 'Burgundy' Burgundy Willow Myrtle

Description A dwarf variety of the regular native Willow Myrtle. This small attractive tree bears white clusters of flowers in spring. It has a beautiful weeping habit. Its foliage is probably the most spectacular feature as it has burgundy coloured leaves. The leaves are aromatic when crushed.
Mature Size 5 x 3m
Uses This species has low water needs once established. Deep foliage colour means it looks great combined with Acacia cognata 'Lime Magik', or Acacia cognata 'Green Screen'.
Position & Soil Likes a well drained moist, humus-rich to clay soil, or even a sandy loam. Takes the wind in coastal areas and likes full sun position. Needs very little water.
